Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service. Cancellation Policy
We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. Lele’s House of Nails has a 25% cancellation fee. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify Lele’s House of Nails at (919) 949-5648 as soon as possible to reschedule.
